By accessing or using Sawabot's AI-powered WhatsApp services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Sawabot is a product of Fink Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in Québec, Canada. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Sawabot provides AI agents that operate inside your WhatsApp Business App. Depending on configuration, agents can:
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
  • Answer FAQs using your knowledge base or website
  • Capture and qualify leads, and route hot leads to staff
  • Assist with orders and customer support

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must have a valid WhatsApp account.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You have the right to use the phone number associated with your WhatsApp account

  • Create false appointments or bookings
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with our Service

When you engage with an agent, you are entering into a direct arrangement with the business. Sawabot acts solely as a facilitator for these bookings, orders, or lead handoffs.

Cancellations and Modifications

Repeated no-shows or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sawabot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without written permission from us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawabot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sawabot and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Québec, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or via WhatsApp. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
