What costs money

What costs money

The tier price is what you pay us. One other thing costs money:

Meta template message charges.

Meta charges for outbound template messages - the WhatsApp business templates you send to customers outside the 24-hour service window (utility, marketing, authentication). The rate depends on the country and the template type. It's pass-through - we don't mark it up. Inbound customer messages and replies inside the 24-hour service window are free.

What's an "AI message"?

An AI message is one outbound response from your AI agent to a customer: a reply, a follow-up question, an answer with citation, or a button card. Inbound customer messages are free. Operator messages don't count when a human takes over. Template-message broadcasts are billed by Meta directly, not against your AI message quota.

What if I go over my AI message cap?

We will help you move to the right tier or add more usage before it becomes a customer experience problem. Your WhatsApp service does not suddenly disappear mid-conversation.

Do I need a Meta WhatsApp Business account?

Yes. As a Meta Tech Provider with direct integration to Meta, we connect your WhatsApp Business account to Sawabot directly, not through unofficial relays. We help you get this set up as part of onboarding.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter gives you the built-in Knowledge Agent. Upload your documents, connect WhatsApp, and the Agent answers customer questions from your approved sources. Pro lets your team build its own Agents, connect the apps you already use, and handle workflows like booking appointments, capturing leads, or opening tickets.

What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro is the product: you build the Agents, set up the Connectors, and deploy. Enterprise is the same product plus professional services and institutional support: managed onboarding, dedicated support with an SLA, multiple WhatsApp numbers, custom message volume, custom reporting, and procurement and security paperwork.

Can I switch tiers mid-month?

Yes. We can move you between tiers as your team grows or your usage changes.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your agents, conversation logs, and analytics before cancellation. We keep retention and deletion policies clear during offboarding.
